PBB's liability under all warranties, expressed or implied, shall be limited to replacement of defective goods only.
This warranty covers PBB hinges if specified and installed on commercial or architectural type buildings for the life of the building on the mechanical functions only.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper installation, lack of/or improper maintenance, improper storage, improper frequency or weight applications, misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized service, or use with unauthorized non-PBB products or parts.
