We have worked on projects from new homes and office buildings to the glass dome of the main conservatory of the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens, to the extensive restoration of Old Fort Niagara near Youngstown, New York.

Our species of choice is FSC-certified Select-grade Eastern White Pine, as it is most traditional and native to our area.

Neoprene bulb weather-stripping at the sash stop, meeting rail and bottom rail.
Interior muntins to match interior profile and exterior muntin grid to mimic putty glazing.

The tenoner was orginally used in wood window manufacturing in the 1950's and 60's.
Weighing in at an impressive 1200 pounds, this machines cuts both the cope and the tenon.
Members that has been taken to exact (within 1/64 tolerance) dimensions, are run through the tenoner.
