Founded by Civil Engineer and pilot, Robert Weinland, Fulfab began manufacturing steel storage buildings for local businesses from his Canton, OH garage in 1957. An avid flyer, Weinland started designing hangars and doors to house general aviation aircraft like his Piper Twin Comanche. Nearly 60 years and three generations later, Fulfab has supplied over 12,000 hangar units to general aviation facilities in 43 States and Canada.

Our customers include publically and privately held airports, fixed based operators and flying clubs, general contractors, developers and individual pilots. Fulfab and its sister Company, T-Corp, are closely-held businesses that work exclusively in the design, manufacture, construction and service of aircraft hangars for the general aviation community.

We employ a group of experienced professionals that work closely with our customers to provide a high-quality, durable, affordable, American-made line of hangars to pilots nationwide. Thank you for your interest in Fulfab.
Services
The Full-Nested "T" configuration results in a wider and shorter building than the Standard Nested "T" and is our most popular floor plan.
These models optimize available ground space and minimize site and taxiway costs.
This configuration also provides larger end units that have a variety of uses including vehicle storage, offices, restrooms and utility rooms.
Our Clear Span series of rectangular hangars utilize an open web joist roof structure, resulting in a larger, column free floor plan.
These units provide approximately 1/3 more floor space than typical "T" Hangar units.
Because doors open to a single side on the buildings, these models are frequently used in areas where rear access to the building is limited.
We design and manufacture our bifold doors, many of which have been in service for over 50 years, as fully-integrated components of our hangar buildings.
These bifolds are available in clear dimensions of 42' x 12', 44' x 14' and 48' x 14' and furnished with nine of our standard hangar models.
Our doors are powered by a 1 horsepower, single phase electric motor, worm gear speed reducer and dual chain drive.
This operator is prewired and assembled in our factory for simple field installation, and includes limit switches to prevent over travel and potential damage in either direction.
Fulfab sliding doors have been designed for full-integration with our post and beam hangar systems.
These 2-leaf, manually operated doors provide a lower cost alternative to electric bifolds, are manufactured in clear dimensions of 42' x 12' and furnished on three of our standard hangar models.
Our system effectively shelters all movings parts overhead and away from weather-related elements and debris, which often interfere with bottom-rolling doors.
This system also eliminates the need for costly foundation tracks required by bottom-rolling systems.
We design and manufacture our buildings with bifold and sliding doors as fully-integrated hangar systems utilizing conventional post and beam construction.
Standard design loads are 30 PSF snow load and 100 MPH basic wind speed in accordance with AISC and AISI specifications.
More severe load conditions can be accommodated to suit your particular locale.
Our all-steel product line uses rust resistant, galvanized protection throughout and is FULly FABricated to the greatest extent in the industry.
