We provide on-site repairs anywhere in Colorado Springs, Fort Carson and Fountain, CO, and are known for fast response times. Our pricing is very competitive because we keep overhead low. We needed several screens repaired and one screen replaced. I called Mullett Screens and hoped they could squeeze me in sometime in the next few weeks. Jonathon returned my inquiry and was able to come the next day!
He showed up on time, was friendly, efficient, and very clear on prices (which are quite reasonable). I highly recommend him for any screen work you need done! We had multiple screens that needed full replacement, many that just needed help (bent/broken frames), and some that needed new screen. My expectations were surpassed. He did an amazing job doing all that we requested and then went beyond.
I will always call Mullett Screens for any of our screen needs. Great guy, great work, great prices. I highly recommend this small business and I do believe he will exceed your expectations he did mine.

Services
At Mullett Screens, we've developed a fast and efficient process for window screen repair.
In most instances, repairing a window screen requires the replacement of material between the four edges of the window screen frame, and the ribbon of poly foam or vinyl spline that holds it in place.
Most old window screen material isn't worth keeping because it's too brittle, cracked, and torn.
But, you can typically keep your existing window screen frames and just replace the meshed material.
Of course, the frames must be in good shape.

We remove the old window screen material and the spline (foam or vinyl) that seals it to the frame.
If your frames do not require replacement, an entire home's screens can be replaced in just a few hours.
Window screen materials are made of aluminum, fiberglass, polyester, galvanized steel and other specialty fabrics.
We choose the right materials based on the specific application.
Specialty screen materials can be used in more decorative applications where colors and styles are important.

When the metal is kinked and has no hope of being bent back into shape, it's time to say goodbye.
We don't usually repair window screen frames, and instead, just replace them altogether.
If you'd rather repair your existing frames, you'll need to understand the individual parts of a window screen frame and what has to be examined to determine whether it should be replaced.
Aluminum frame pieces- The ridged metal pieces around the edges that make up the majority of the frame material.
Pull tabs-Typically plastic pieces attached to the aluminum frame with spline and allow someone to pull the window screen out of place.

Is there a hole in your screen door right next to the handle?
The constant stress of pushing against the screen to grab the screen door handle often creates a hole.
Has your pet turned your screen door into a torn mess?
With our screen door repair service, we restore your screen door back to its original intent; a barrier designed to let air flow while keeping animals out.
Hopefully the screen door frame functions as needed.
Replacing the entire screen door is almost never needed.
If the door moves freely and does a good job locking and unlocking, we can replace the screen material just like we do with windows.
