In summer 2003, Danny Pham, owner of DanJo Windows and Doors, set out to get new windows and doors for his house.
After an exhaustive research, he decided to go with a local company to get his home retrofitted with vinyl windows and doors.
The products were excellent, the purchase resulted in a significant saving of energy bills, along with other benefits, such as noise reduction, free of sun damaged furniture, carpet or hardwood floor caused by harmful UV radiation, etc.
However, the experience left him with a feeling of dissatisfaction with the operation and customer service.
