He took perfect measurements of our MANY differently sized windows and matched all of the selections to the window frames. Ricky did the installation - he is smart, efficient, and kind. They stand by their products for ongoing maintenance as well.
Oh, and the shades look awesome from the inside and out. Jim did a wonderful job installing these blackout shades at our studio. When on site to install them, he noticed the fabric was not what he ordered, so he went back to the manufacturer to have them re-make the shades for me. He came back as soon as they arrived, and ensured they were perfect.
