Kirk Reid, a Dallas native, started installing replacement windows over 30 years ago as one of the many services offered in his general contracting business. Over the years he found that his customers liked two of his construction projects the most: kitchen remodels and replacement windows. In 1993, after realizing that you never reach the top of your learning curve when you try to do everything well, he decided to narrow the focus of his business to providing the highest quality window replacement service.

Unlike remodeling and repairs, once you've replaced windows, you've lost a customer. Home owners just don't keep putting windows in their homes. Continually losing customers can be prove to be problematic when trying to sustain business. Every house is different and so are the windows and that adorn them. No generic sizes here, each window and door we install is custom measured and built to fit the unit it's replacing.
