We're conveniently located near most local highways (422, 100, 309, 29, 73 and the Northeast Extension) and situated about 2-3 hours from NYC, 1 hour from Lancaster or Delaware, 45 minutes from Philly, and less than 10 minutes from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets.
We rent space to vendors who then sell their items here.
That's our business model.
