We provide consultation services to architects before a project goes out for bid to minimize change orders and unforeseen conditions, as well as budget estimates, and we can recommend proper courses of action when undertaking the restoration of a building.
We were founded in 1998, and we utilize skilled union carpenters that have extensive experience in restoration, millwork and general carpentry. Some of the more prominent buildings in the region that we have worked on are Independence Hall Tower, Philadelphia City Hall, Masonic Temple and Fairmount Water Works. We have an 8,000 square foot facility in Gloucester City, NJ, giving us quick and easy access to all major highways and bridges.
We are fully insured, and licensed in the City of Philadelphia (#19348), the State of Delaware (#2001108236), and the City of Wilmington DE (#8750).
