Had a door put in almost 2 years ago, had a fairly significant issue arise and they came out and fixed it within an hour of calling.

A huge shout out Joe Dost and Window Outfitters.
Our sliding glass door was difficult to open.
We were told we needed a. new one.
Joe came to give us an estimate and right away said, "You do NOT need a new door just a new set of rollers."
What a relief!
Then he was looking at all our windows and asked if they were difficult to open.
He recommended using Pledge on the rails to help them slide better.
