One of the windows (a double-hung window) cracked during the recent cold spell.
I called Window Depot and was told that they didn't carry this manufacturer anymore and that we would have to call the manufacturer ourselves, but that he would be happy to install the replacement window for us.
We told him that we could probably do it as the sashes just pop in and out.
We called the manufacturer and the warranty was lifetime so they sent us a new bottom sash.
