Therefore, you need a state licensed contractor, certified by the California CSLB (Contractors State Licensing Board). NOTE: A licensed contractor is required to have valid proof with him/her at all times. That person should be willing to produce that documentation of proof on the spot at your request, proving his/her legitimacy. It's really pointless to install a new pre-hung door when there is nothing wrong with your present door jambs (door frame).
