Here at Clear Lake Stained Glass we customize and manufacture a wide range of different glass designs.
From custom beveling to fused glass we can create unique designs for your project.

We can design and create any size window for your specific needs, from hanging windows to custom fit windows.

Restoration plays a big part in the stained glass business since most windows over seventy five years old need to be restored.
The most common windows to need restoration are church windows, but we also do many residential windows.
We have a selection of older glass and will try to match it up with your window.
We also do custom beveling and add support bars if needed.
Also, we can restore old stained glass lamps and beveled windows.

Our advertising clocks are made from old clock cases from the 1950's.
The most common type I use is a marquee clock made by the Ohio Advertising Company and Lackner Clock Company.
Both were made in Cincinnati Ohio and stained glass fits in them perfectly.
They make nice night lights also.
Most of these have a Clear lake, Iowa theme but I can also do custom clocks.
Some have a rare neon spinner and these are very hard to find and add to the cost.

In 2007 our studio restored twenty five Frank Lloyd Wright windows that will be installed in the Park Inn in Mason City Iowa.
The Kokomo Opalescent Glass Company made new glass to match the old glass that was missing.
All the original glass was used and the zinc cames were replaced with new ones.
The only addition was to add steel reinforcing to the back of the sky light windows for added support.

I am available weekdays and most weekends by appointment.
Due to my varied schedule it is important that you call before coming out to make sure I am there.
