The rain gutter on this bulkhead was completely rusted through, other areas weren't far behind, and the paint was in bad shape.

We were able to replace the aging bulkhead with a new custom-sized, custom-painted entry. This bulkhead was a steel door mounted on concrete which was at or below grade. In order to raise the grade, form boards were built and concrete poured to raise the foundation by approximately 6 inches. The concrete for this job was mixed. This Bow, NH customer had a bulkhead cellar door that was leaking and rusted.
