Founded in 1977, by John Seekircher, Seekircher Steel Window has grown from a part-time business operating in the suburbs of New York City into the nation's preeminent steel window firm, repairing and refurbishing thousands of steel windows and doors each year.
In 2010, Todd Seekircher joined the firm as a dedicated team member and partner to his father, before taking over management in 2017.
Whether rehabilitating windows at a national treasure like Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater, or rebuilding a casement window in a New York City apartment, all of our projects and the clients we serve receive the same level of dedicated customer service.

For over 40 years, Seekircher Steel Window has been at the forefront of the historic preservation movement, repairing and refurbishing tens of thousands of steel casement windows across the United States.
Working both on site and in our shop, we perform routine repair work on hinges, hardware and operable sash in addition to larger window refurbishment and rehabilitation projects in residential, commercial and historical buildings.

Whether custom built or reclaimed and restored, our steel windows and doors have been used in a variety of interior applications in residential and commercial buildings.

Seekircher Steel Window has the most comprehensive collection of vintage steel casement windows and French doors in the world.
Our vintage windows have been used in buildings across North America and Europe, often to match existing windows in renovations and additions or to replace failing "replacement" windows in historic homes.
An increasing number of customers are using our steel windows in new construction and interior applications where the unique aesthetic of vintage steel windows offers a distinctive point of view.

What a pleasure it was to have uncle Bob and nephew Paul working in our house these last two days.
