The company was originally founded in 1985, by Jon Payne, and was purchased by his daughter, Nicole Norgaard, in April of 2013.
The business started in Spencer, Iowa located in a small office and warehouse with just 2 employees.
We've since moved to Arnolds Park, Iowa and have grown to 5 employees.
We strive to be the best in the area in customer satisfaction, trustworthiness and knowledge of garage doors and products.
