Winter King salmon fishing has officially opened, the wind is saying not to fish though! Hopefully things calm down a bit before it gets really cold and we see some nice quantities of the beautiful Winter Kings. Sockeye season was not good for us here and we are already about out of fresh frozen sockeye fillets. We will be smoking more, We do have smoked sockeye in stock and hope to keep it that way as we search Alaska for more Sockeye.
The King Salmon season in Late August was good and we have been stocking up for you. 2021 Halibut and Black Cod seasons are slowing down. Both Halibut and Black Cod are open through the end of November this year so supply should not be an issue. Lots of Rockfish(snapper) and Ling Cod have been showing up also. We will continue local pick-up at our front door and local delivery for our home bound Juneau Customers.
Alaskan Spot Prawns are back in stock, but the quota was cut back and we have a very limited supply. Alaskan Weathervien 2021 Scallops are in stock and very tasty, 5lb box is $110 or $24.95lb if you don't want a whole box.
