Between 60 and 70 days prior to the expiration of your current lease agreement, Open Window will contact you regarding your lease.
At that time, you will have the option to renew or end your lease agreement.
Detailed instructions will be provided in your Lease Renewal Letter.
The conditions of your specific lease will determine if you are permitted to make physical changes to your unit (and to what extent).
