For 10 years, Bruce Emerson worked as a union carpenter.
Then in 1992, Bruce was inspired by his uncle who worked in the window business, to start his own company, BWE Construction.
He saw a need for windows needing replacement in many older apartment buildings.
He took on a partner, his friend and childhood neighbor, Ed Bennek, and over the next couple of years they began to grow the business through referrals and word of mouth.
Over the past 25+ years BWE Construction is a company that has grown to 10 full time employees.
