I had a great experience with Unitedporte. I looked at all their door styles on their website and they have a huge inventory with different styles. I dealt with Vlad and he was great from the beginning to end. He told me to send him the styles I wanted to see and they would be ready to be viewed when I arrived at their warehouse and it was just as he said.

He even pulled out a few extra for me. They were very informative and professional. I got 3 doors from them and after installation, I had a problem with one of the doors. I called Vlad and he replaced the door no problem. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. Great experience, same pick up day. Everything went smoothly. Will defiantly only shop for doors here. Thank you for the great experience!

Company resolved this issue. Thank you for your timely response. **** This is my last desperate attempt to get a hold of the company. We were sent the wrong amount of parts for the frame of the doors and have been trying to get a hold of the company to help. We have spoken with several different people in which we were told the extra frame piece was shipped but unfortunately that was not the case.

We were even sent a shipping label but when the part did not arrive we were told they accidentally send us the wrong person's shipping label. We have felt lied to and brushed off. They are no longer answering my calls and I would like to finish my project the correct way. I would be happy to delete this review once there is a resolution but I felt I had no other choice.
