Spring broke last night on garage door as it was closing. Door would no longer open. Called Overhead Door Company this morning and a tech was at the house this afternoon. Amazing service, everything looks done just right and our tech Trevor took the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was squared away. My wife and I are very happy with everyone we spoke with and the service we received. Highly recommend this company, they are doing something right and it shows in their employees.

Overhead Door Company is the Best! Our family experienced an issue with the garage door not opening and closing properly. I contacted them and spoke with Dan who was very polite on the phone and said he would dispatched a service technician name Sam as soon as possible. Upon arrival Sam was professional, courteous, and within a short time had our garage back up and working with ease. Kudos to Dan and Sam for EXCELLENT service!

I had my garage spring break this morning when I left to work (10/7/20). When I got home around 12 that's when I noticed the damage, I then looked online and found this company that had good reviews. When I called to see if I can get an estimate and if they can come out today if possible, I had a technician come out within 2 hours. When the spring was replaced it was 325 dollars for that.
When we tested it we noticed that the motor on the unit had burned out. I was given the price for a new unit and within 2 more hours my technician Mike Nee replaced it and did an amazing job. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained how the unit worked and how to keep it maintained. The pricing was decent and work was on point. This unit I got also had a life time warranty on the motor if it goes out so thats a plus.

Our garage completely stopped working with our keypad so we decided to call Overhead Door Company. We were able to book an appointment the same day at a convenient time for me and my family. Our Tech Connor was nice, professional and knowledgeable about our issue. He was able to diagnose the problem and offered a solution the same day. Our Garage was fixed And done in 1 hour and now we have a new functional -Quiet- garage. I recommend Overhead Door to anyone who needs assistance with residential garage problems and need it done right.
