Overhead Door was out within less than 24 hours to fix a broken spring. Professional, thorough, and efficient - we were back in action with access to our garage very quickly! Bonus was the additional maintenance and excellent explanation of the situation. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company! We've used their after-hours service on more than one occasion. I called today when my kids accidentally locked the garage door and then tried to open it later using the electronic opener. It went off track and slightly bent the frame, leaving the door partway open/unattached. The 24 hr emergency repair phone line was on their website. I had a small glitch in reaching them the first time, but they were super responsive within a few minutes as they found out about it, and had a tech out to repair our door the same morning. Derrick had the entire thing fixed and back in perfect working condition within 20 minutes, and even changed it so my kids couldn't accidentally do the same thing again. What an awesome experience and so amazingly fast! Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again. Gave us a lot of peace of mind to have same day service.

Trevor was very knowledgeable, efficient, informative, helpful and an overall wonderful person to meet. His solution was supportive of our analysis and the information from the genie help desk who also thoroughly researched our system and outlined the issues with a well maintained and operational analog Genie unit. Overhead Door was extremely fast to respond to my inquiry on their website. They sent a technician (Trevor) out less than 2 hrs after they called to confirm my issue and he was able to get our door working again. Very professional and fast! Vonceil volunteered to do my install on a weekend because it had to be rescheduled. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a clear and helpful way. We are thrilled with the Frederick, MD area Overhead Door. A spring on our garage door broke last night and, obviously, we needed a repair. I called today around 9:00 am and was given a same-day window of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Jay Z. arrived at 10:00 am (maybe even a little before). He was informative, efficient, knowledgeable and so very polite. He was finished by 10:50 am.

Overall this was a truly wonderful experience. We will definitely call the Frederick, MD area Overhead Door the next time we need a repair or are in the market for a new garage door! (Also, I want to note that I am pretty strict about mask wearing these days and Jay wore his mask the entire time he was working in our garage and I so appreciated that!)

Our family just moved into a new single-family home that was not well-maintained recently by the prior owners. Just a month into living here the list of items we've needed to repair or replace is exhaustingly long. And last week, the torsion spring on the garage door joined the list. Overhead Door Company was able to provide next day service, which was quick and fairly priced! The technician, Trevor, went over everything about the new equipment, warranty, etc., and was also able to provide me a military discount! Will definitely be recommending them in the future.
