Craftsman did our house and garage roofs. The work quality was excellent and they completed our relatively large project in a day in May 2024. The crew and crew bosses were friendly and informative and communicated well with us. No mess, no surprises.

I cannot sing CHIs praises loud enough. Every step of the process was so professional and done with care. Erik (sales) was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the James Hardie product he sold, but also the existing siding on our home. He sat down with me and clearly explained the entire process and what to expect. Joni (project mgr) was amazing and provided regular updates on the anticipated timeline.

I had changed my mind on a design decision at the eleventh hour and Joni came to the rescue. Beto and his crew were so industrious and a few of our neighbors even mentioned how they took their time to do quality work. Their craftsmanship is impeccable and our home is now the belle of the neighborhood ball. As an added bonus, while I understood my yard was a construction zone and figured there may be some minor collateral damage, they took extra care to not squash the plants in my garden which I really appreciated. Lastly, I had the pleasure of meeting Dan (owner), soft spoken and so kind, it was obvious his #1 priority is taking care of his customers.

I have and will continue to recommend CHI to everyone. It is a completely different experience than youll have with your run-of-the-mill contractor. They truly set themselves apart from the rest.

We couldn't be more pleased with working with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We initially planned to replace 8 window inserts. Erik walked us through the type of inserts available and helped us realize going with vinyl stained from Hayfield was best for our needs. We ended up replacing our sliding glass door, a few wood cases around some windows, our stained glass window storm window and all the exterior wraps around our windows.

We ended up not being in town when Craftsmen complete the work, but when we arrive home, there was no mess and they even placed our blinds and curtains back up. We then took down the curtains because our windows are too pretty not to show off!

Craftsman Home Improvements have done siding, doors, windows, and roof/gutters on my home now. From sales to office to the teams doing the work everyone has been outstanding. I am very pleased with the work Craftsmen Home Improvement did for me in replacing my shingles. From beginning to end each person I dealt with was personable and professional. Their bid was affordable and their assessment of my needs expert. In addition to the main roof I had two small flat porch roofs that were leaking and they provided the extra care and professional attention needed to solve the leaks and re-roof those areas.

Some materials had to be special ordered. I had a project manager who was with me each step of the way keeping me informed regarding each aspect of the work. I really could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Craftsmen worked well with my insurance company and the workers did a great job on my Hardie board siding project. They helped me along the process and answered any questions or concerns. Craftsmen was very flexible with my preferred work dates and got the project done on time. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any house project.

We had 20 windows replaced in the parsonage area of our church that was built in 1918, is now used for the church office and Sunday school rooms. The whole process was very painless of obtaining bids for the job. Craftsmen Home Improvements was the second lowest bid (we did not feel comfortable with the lowest bid, it didn't make sense) so we went with them.

The measuring went quickly and when the workmen came to install the windows they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The job took about 3 1/2 days and at the end of each day they cleaned up so that we hardly even knew they had been there. They even hung the curtains back up. We are very happy with the windows and the whole process and would recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements highly.

Because of storm damage we have ended up getting our roof and siding replaced twice in less that ten years. Because of the great service we got from Craftsmen Home Improvements the first time we decided to use them again. Both times the process went great. Jim is great to work with and lets you know everything that needs to be done. He follows up and make sure everything has been done right.

The few small issues we did have he made sure they got taken care of. He even did a few extra things our home needed for no charge. If we are unlucky enough to get hit again we will make sure to go back to Craftsmen.

We had our roof replaced by Craftsmen, and we are very pleased our experience. Everything from the work that was done to the communication was top notch. Jim came out for the initial estimate and was very helpful and genuine. Once the work was confirmed, Maria was great with maintaining communication with us leading up to the actual job. The gentlemen who came out to replace the work were, courteous, efficient, and thorough. Thank you to Craftsmen for a very nice new roof! I would recommend Craftsmen to anyone who is looking for a new roof. They are professional, organized and did a GREAT job. Not to mention, I got several bids and they were repeatedly the lowest on multiple jobs. They have a great system that keeps everything organized and running smoothly. A pleasure to work with and a nice change from some other companies I have dealt with in the past. Already have other projects lined up with them for roofs as well as siding! Would HIGHLY recommend them, you will not be disappointed.
