My daughter referred Zen windows when I was looking for window replacement. Super easy working with Brad. Over the phone he asked how many windows needed replacement and then sent an email with a brochure. Brad measured my windows, confirmed the estimate and when the windows came in, the installation team was punctual, professional and friendly. In only day, the old windows were out and the new windows were in. The next day they finished caulking the outside. The installation team was neat and clean. Everything looked great when they finished. I was and I am still pleased.

I contracted Zen Windows to do a complete Windows Replacement in my house. The Zen team was very professional, and completed the job in a surprisingly quick time. An excellent job and received numerous compliments from my neighbors for the new look on my house. The new windows have noticeably reduced gas use for heat and electricity use for air conditioning. Our windows were getting old and falling a part, and I decided to look into windows replacement. Zen Window will give you an out-the-door quote just by answering a few questions. They don't even have to visit your house. I liked the experience of getting a quote for the windows costs with options broken down. I also liked not having to listen and watch an in-person sales pitch in my home.

I liked being able to purchase the windows with no money down until installation. The were a few minor issues with installation, but they weren't the fault of Zen Windows. The minor issues were addressed quickly. It was a great experience overall. I felt that the window replacement was a great value too.

Zen Windows was amazing. Brad was very engaged and made the whole window replacement process easy. Quotes from the big box stores and other window companies were almost twice as much. We were able to get the windows we wanted with prairie style grids way under budget while also getting them installed faster than anyone else. We also had 2 windows with a little rot that Brad and his crew took care of as part of the installation and also reassured us if they discovered a bigger problem in the wall they could handle it for a more than fair small fee. Zen windows of Nashville, owner, Brad Alexander replaced 39 windows in our home 5 years ago. We have been very pleased with them. The workers did a great job in a timely manner. The product has held up well. Yesterday we had them out to fix one window that would not stay open and they repaired it, no charge and lifetime warranty.

I had a very good experience with Zen Windows. The quote was easy to understand and competitive. Brad was really great and the installer was professional and cleaned up very well when he was done. All of my questions were answered and I had several of them. I got three windows and a sliding door. The windows were an unexpected purchase due to a crack in our old window, but we will certainly be using Zen to start replacing other doors and windows in the future.

Description Of Work: Three years ago I did extensive research looking for a company to replace five windows in our house. We eventually set up a meeting with Brad, the owner of Zen Windows who explained the advantages and disadvantages of the many options we had. Brad is very congenial and in no way placed any pressure on us, but rather encouraged us to check with other sellers.

Eventually we decided to have Brad put in five new windows and after three years we were more than pleased with all aspects of our purchase. The best recommendation I can give for Zen Windows is to tell you that we have just this week bought 20 more windows that today Brad and his crew completed installing. which is to say that every window in our house plus a couple of doors are from Zen Windows.

The best thing about Brad is that before starting the installation he promises to keep working with his customers until they are happy with all aspects of the work. In addition, he and his crew were exceptionally professional and respectful throughout our interaction.
