I have a Bachelors degree from Central Connecticut State University in Health and Fitness and a Masters degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Sports Administration.
I have been involved in sports my whole life as a participant and coach.
Prior work experience includes being a Strength and Conditioning intern at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid NY, coaching volleyball & tennis and being the assistant to the Athletic Director at Colorado College, Head Volleyball Coach at Eastern Connecticut State University, Athletic Director at ECA (Evangelical Christian Academy), Volleyball Coach at CSCS (Colorado Springs Christian Schools), and Marketing Coordinator at Compassion International.
