As a native of Lake Wales, Florida and spending much of my Childhood in the tobacco fields and peach orchards of steamy south Georgia, I found Tennessee to be a beautiful place where all the seasons of the year are equally enjoyed and so I settled right here in Chattanooga in 1985.
Some of my time in Tennessee has been spent in Jefferson City, home to Carson-Newman College where I had the privilege to study and earn my degree in Business Management and Accounting.
My strong interest in real estate investing peaked in 1993 when I purchased a duplex, my first rental property.
