After getting on Rt. 9, look for the exit sign for Smith St-Keasbey.
Go under an underpass and exit is on right (no sign at exit and last exit before bridge over river).
Follow road to Perth Amboy Business District and you will come to a traffic light Rt.
Go over bridge to Smith Street traffice light and make right turn.
Go down to first light (Herbert Street).
